Susannah Kintish is a partner in Mishcon de Reya’s employment team, where she acts on behalf of businesses, senior executives and UHNW families on contentious and non-contentious matters, including terminations, redundancies and settlement agreements, as well as discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

Notable cases have related to issues arising from the #MeToo movement. She also represented the Jewish Labour Movement in connection with the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s investigation into the Labour Party for antisemitism.

Given her clients’ varying needs, Kintish remains flexible in her approach. ‘If I’m advising a big corporate, the things they care about are very different to what a [private client] is going to be concerned about,’ she tells Spear’s. It’s about advising in a ‘very practical and commercial way’, she adds, in order to reach the outcome a client wants to achieve.
