A partner in Mishcon de Reya’s highly rated family team, Antonia Felix works across the spectrum of family law, with a particular emphasis on complex financial remedy cases that often involve multiple jurisdictions and complicated trust structures.

Her cases frequently involve disclosure issues, and she has experience obtaining disclosure orders against third parties (including trustees and registered agents in offshore jurisdictions) and joining third parties to financial remedy proceedings. In addition, she often advises on cohabitation issues, private children law matters and issues encompassed by Islamic sharia law. 

She leads Mishcon’s surrogacy and modern families group, is a member of Resolution and is part of a family law working group, put together by the human rights NGO Justice, that works to improve access to justice for separated families.
