She tells Spear’s that in recent years, she’s noticed an increase in disputes, particularly between landlords and tenants. ‘People are coming back to their homes after leaving them for several years due to the pandemic,’ she says. ‘Landlords are coming back to find disputes need to be raised with tenants and property managers.’

Recent cases of note include acting for a landlord of a high-end second homes development in a complex service charge dispute, and successfully obtaining an injunction and damages for a HNW in a trespass action.
