Claire Yorke, who joined Mishcon de Reya in 2008, has been practicing exclusively in the area of family law for nearly two decades.
Yorke specialises in advising clients on the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, with particular strengths in wealth protection and pre- and postnuptial agreements. She is also adept when it comes to private children law matters, particularly residence application and the relocation of children. A new niche for the partner is advising on cases where there are complex assets involved, including private equity, cryptocurrency, trust structures and corporate entities.
She regularly represents professionals, entrepreneurs, U/HNW individuals and their partners, and has been to the Court of Appeal on a number of occasions.
