After a traineeship at Farrer & Co, Michael Frost joined Mishcon de Reya in 2016. Quickly rising up the ranks, Frost became one of the firm’s youngest partners and as part of Mishcon Private has a diverse pool of clients including UK and international individuals, companies and charities.
Specialising in reputation protection, defamation and invasion of privacy, he has worked on several impressive cases. One involved preventing the broadcast of ‘a surreptitiously filmed and potentially extremely damaging Channel 4 documentary’.
Frost also frequently trains journalists, PRs and other advisers on matters relating to media law, and organisations such as IPSO and OFCOM on regulatory challenges.
