He is particularly well known for his work in advising clients with close connections to Asia. Notable recent cases include advising a Chinese UHNWI on their UK tax and estate planning, including how to structure the purchase and ownership of a very high-value UK residential property.

He also has advised the trustee of an offshore ‘excluded property’ trust with a very substantial UK property portfolio on restructuring the trust, and supported a Middle Eastern UHNWI with offshore structuring for the purchase and development of land in the Middle East.
