A fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, she leads Forsters’ historic properties group. She has over a decade’s experience advising on UK vineyard acquisitions, a fast-growing sector driven by climate change: ‘We are very much seeing a climate here that even 10 years ago we wouldn’t have had.’
Warmer temperatures, she explains, are attracting major European producers to buy up land for future planting and consequently, creating opportunity for landed estate owners.
