Robert Barham

A seasoned partner within Forsters’ residential property team, Robert Barham has more than three decades of experience in the field. He helps HNW clients with a wide range of property issues, with a specialism in high-value transactions and mixed-use assets.
Barham is also adept at dealing with freehold and leasehold queries relating to registered and unregistered properties, as well as urban and country properties. He also has significant knowledge of contract races and auctions, and the structuring of mixed-use buildings and apartment blocks. He is a leading expert on the law relating to London’s garden squares.
Barham spent 30 years at Pemberton Greenish, where he held roles of senior partner and managing partner, and an additional two years at the firm after its merger with Cripps. He joined Forsters in 2021.
