Charlotte Evans-Tipping is a partner in Forsters’ private client team. She advises HNW individuals, family offices and trustees on issues related to succession and estate planning, trust law and personal taxation.
Creating bespoke wealth structures for international clients is a specialism, and Evans-Tipping has particular expertise when it comes to advising individuals from the Middle East. She often works with founders and family enterprises to address family governance issues and devise appropriate plans for their wealth.
She also has experience in contentious trust matters, both off- and onshore. This includes resolving complications such as investment disputes, claims for the removal of trustees and the division of assets.
Evans-Tipping previously worked for Gowling before joining Forsters in 2017. She was made partner in 2023.
