Known as a family law expert with a pragmatic approach to solving disputes, Simon Blain, a partner at Forsters, advises on the full spectrum of issues arising from divorce and relationship breakdown.
He has particular expertise in high-value financial cases, including those involving trust structures, family businesses and assets across multiple jurisdictions. Blain also drafts prenuptial and cohabitation agreements and negotiates child arrangements following separation, both within the UK and internationally.
