Celebrated lawyer Jo Keddie heads up the dedicated employment and partnerships team at Forsters, which she joined in 2024 from Winckworth Sherwood.

With a ‘solutions driven and strategic’ approach as well as an emphasis on discretion, Keddie has over the last three decades built up a loyal client base, consisting of high-profile senior executives, family offices and household names who turn to her for their contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

‘If there’s a complex, tricky, senior-level situation, it’s not uncommon for me to be called in to try and help resolve it,’ Keddie tells Spear’s. She has been known to assist with senior moves from listed companies – often involving complex financial arrangements such as deferred incentives and shares – as well as whole team moves that require navigating anti-competitive behaviour rules.
