Guy Mawson is a partner and member of the family team at Forsters.

Much of Mawson’s caseload is made up of complex financial cases, including high-value prenuptial agreements and finance matters arising from divorce; children work remains a small but no less important part of his practice.

With a client base made up of prominent HNWs, celebrities and notable public figures, Mawson tells Spear’s that providing ‘clear and honest advice’ is key to coming to a solution: ‘It’s always important that there is no sugarcoating. It’s about the clients understanding the issues and their options, and understanding where they are. I think that’s my personality – to be honest and clear with them, but in a calm way.’
