Christine Dubignon, co-head of the corporate team at Forsters alongside colleague Alastair Laing, has an impressive track record of working with HNW individuals and their family offices to reach their commercial goals.
Before joining Forsters in 2015, she qualified and was made a partner at Howard Kennedy, and over her more than 20-year career she has gained experience in a vast range of corporate issues. She is an expert in acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, and has a particular focus on the real estate industry. ‘I work regularly with our trust, tax and estates team,’ she explains, ‘helping high-net-worth individuals expand their businesses and invest in others.’
When it comes to commercial deals, Dubignon has a robust project management approach, keeping her clients and their advisers informed throughout, no matter the type of transaction.
