Christina Kelly is a partner in Kingsley Napley’s highly regarded corporate, commercial and finance team; she joined the firm in 2021 after more than 14 years as a senior counsel at Taylor Wessing. 

Kelly specialises in real estate finance. She has extensive experience in both investment and development transactions, and her practice covers a wide spectrum of asset classes, including mixed-use buildings, commercial developments and hotels. 

Both a domestic and a cross-border operator, Kelly represents lenders (including banks) as well as borrowers (companies, developers, HNWs, family offices and REITs). Commercially astute, she is recommended by peers for having a meticulous knowledge of the real estate market.

She notes that since 2024, ‘the market has changed a bit. Lenders are more hesitant, and that is quite a big opportunity for UHNWs, because they don’t have the same restrictions as banks.’
