Ward’s own practice comprises wealth protection and tax planning, succession planning and asset protection, including advice on inheritance tax and setting up trusts. He also works closely with colleagues in Kingsley Napley’s family and immigration teams, where HNW clients require support on relevant issues. ‘Most of my clients will have complex assets – quite often based overseas – and family situations, so I have to listen and assess before I fully advise,’ he says.
