Known for her strategic advice in complex cases, Sital Fontenelle heads up Kingsley Napley’s family and divorce team. She has a particular speciality in international cases, which often involve offshore trusts, family businesses, tracing assets and inherited wealth. She is also experienced in the negotiating and drafting of pre- and postnuptial agreements.

Example cases include acting for a client in relation to a financial settlement pertaining to a property business worth over £40 million; acting for a banker in respect of his prenuptial agreement, which included trust assets of over £100 million; and acting for a KC in relation to financial remedy proceedings with assets over £10 million.

Under Fontenelle’s close eye, Kingsley Napley in 2025 launched Nuptial, a service dedicated to providing expert advice and support for ‘anyone wishing to enter into, amend or contest a pre- or postnuptial agreement’.
