Partner Nick Rollason serves as head of business immigration at Kingsley Napley. A recognised expert in European immigration law, his clients include major financial corporations, entrepreneurs and private individuals who often require complex visa strategies to come to the UK.
Rollason has over 25 years of experience providing holistic solutions for HNW families who are seeking to not only move to the UK but also have access to other jurisdictions through secondary citizenship. As the first point of call in their new country, he can connect his clients with other key private wealth advisers. ‘We provide a lot of support for HNWs who need tax planning, trust advice or family advice. We deal with the multi-generational issues of those families,’ he tells Spear’s.
He has litigated key test cases before the European Court of Justice and is regularly consulted by UK and EU policymakers on points of law and proposed changes to migration rules. He is a regular presence in the press and has given evidence to the UK Parliamentary Home Affairs Committee on skilled migration.
