A partner and head of the criminal litigation team at Kingsley Napley, Louise Hodges represents individuals and organisations in corporate criminal liability, financial crime and corruption cases.
Her clients have included some of the world’s largest companies, as well as high-profile individuals such as Charlie and Rebekah Brooks, charged with offences related to phone hacking at the News of the World. They were both found not guilty.
Well respected in the industry, Hodges has held multiple regulatory positions, including chair of the City of London Law Society’s corporate crime and corruption specialist committee, chair of the Fraud Lawyers Association and membership of the European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers organisation. She has given evidence to public bodies including the House of Lords.
