Connie Atkinson was made a partner in the divorce and family team at Kingsley Napley in 2020 after joining the firm as a trainee in 2008. She deals with all areas of private family work, with particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional disputes and cases involving complex financial arrangements. She regularly represents clients with business and trust assets, and is recognised for her expertise in cases involving children, relocation and parental alienation.
Atkinson is also an authority on international surrogacy cases and leads the firm’s modern families group. A qualified mediator, she assists with financial issues and those relating to arrangements for children, attracting not only compliments from peers on her ‘constructive and pragmatic approach’, but also referrals from clients.
