Charlotte Bradley is a senior consultant in – and former head of – Kingsley Napley’s family and divorce team. She is known for having a diverse practice that spans complex finances, jurisdiction battles, financial provision for unmarried couples and surrogacy.

Bradley is an expert in Schedule 1 cases and an advocate of collaborative law. She tells Spear’s that she is proud of Kingsley Napley’s approach: ‘All the lawyers here focus on what the client needs and their wider family. You go to court when you really have to go to court, but it’s not your first port of call.’ 

She is editor of the 2017, 2019 and 2021 editions of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Family Law, and was a founding member of the Family Solutions Group, which was established to consider the needs of separating families before they turn to court, and focus on the voice of the child.
