Known as a family law expert with a pragmatic approach to solving disputes, Simon Blain of Forsters has particular expertise in complex financial cases, including those involving trusts, family businesses and assets in more than one jurisdiction.
He works closely with colleagues in the private wealth sector to provide a comprehensive offering to HNW individuals. His aim, he said, is to ensure that issues are resolved in a constructive manner that delivers results – and that clients’ wealth is protected as best as possible.
