Clients tend to be firms in the real estate, healthcare, mining and global energy sectors; Quigley also supports nascent tech companies on IPOs and secondary offerings of shares. She additionally advises on mergers, joint ventures and VC funding for start-ups. 

Quigley, a partner at Michelmores, which has four offices across the UK and a thriving private client team, tells Spear’s she can ‘connect her clients with other teams throughout the firm and offer them a capital markets capability’.

She joined the firm in early 2025 after two decades at firms in London and the US.
