Spear’s Review
Aoife O’Sullivan, a partner at Keystone Law, works with clients – who include UHNWs, family offices, corporations, aircraft operators, financiers, lessors and manufacturers – on aircraft acquisitions and sales, financing and regulatory compliance, often across multiple jurisdictions.
She tells Spear’s that she advises on approximately 70 to 80 transactions each year, with the value of deals averaging around £1.6 billion annually. At Keystone, there are ample opportunities for cross-referrals: ‘I work closely with the private client and tax teams; there’s considerable scope to deepen relationships there but also with partners across assets like yachts and art.’
Renowned for her experience in corporate aircraft transactions, she spent a decade heading up her own boutique firm, the Air Law Firm, before joining Keystone in 2025. She also works regularly with the UK Civil Aviation Authority, lobbying on behalf of the private aviation industry.
