An experienced cross-border operator, consultant solicitor Richard Collins of Keystone Law advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation agreements, financial matters as well as custody over pets. He also advises cohabiting couples and is experienced in child relocation cases and claims against offshore trusts (speaking fluent French and German helps).
He also specialises in alcohol and drugs-related cases, as well as cases involving people with serious mental health issues. ‘It takes a certain type of family lawyer to deal with that type of work,’ says Collins.
