David Thompson
Spear’s Review
David Thompson joined Keystone Law from Seddons in 2025, bringing with him more than 25 years of family law experience.
Equipped to deal with complex finance and children matters as a result of divorce or relationship breakdown, he also does work around prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as complex wills and trusts. Thanks to his broad expertise in international and cross-border cases, he receives enquiries from all over the world and has a globally mobile UHNW client base.
Where there is complexity in cases, Thompson often brings in leading experts to assist in coming to a solution. He tells Spear’s that this often results in more round-table discussion and negotiation, and fewer matters being taken to court, which is ultimately better for clients. ‘At court, you’re no longer in control,’ he emphasises.
