Jason Roston qualified at a boutique London law firm and worked at Fladgate for several years before joining Keystone Law as a partner in 2023. 

Since then, Roston has built a reputation for handling high-pressure and time-sensitive transactions. ‘Generally, when a deal is agreed, time is what kills it. For example, if you linger on a transaction, clients can get second thoughts, sellers can decide they no longer want to sell,’ he tells Spear’s. ‘I tend to be recommended by agents on deals as I’m proactive and responsive.’

His practice also covers complex funding arrangements and simultaneous disposals, acquisitions and restructuring. Recent successes include a £13 million purchase of a home in Primrose Hill, in which contracts were exchanged within two hours.
