Colin Rogerson, a partner at Keystone Law, is well known for his expertise in assisted reproduction and family formation. He regularly advises HNW clients, many of whom are professionals or celebrities, undertaking surrogacy arrangements both internationally and within the UK.

‘I’ve done quite a bit of litigation involving modern families and more contentious work than I have done previously,’ he tells Spear’s of his recent cases.

He also regularly instructs in complex parental order cases, matters involving surrogate-born children where there are unusual or complicating factors, and co-parenting and donor insemination arrangements.

Rogerson, who has litigated at all levels of the court system, including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights, was named Family Lawyer of the Year at the 2024 Spear’s Awards.
