Heading up the North American desk as part of Savills’ private office team, Rory McMullen acts as a single point of contact for international UHNWs and their global real estate needs. Splitting his time between London and New York, he said that his main role is ‘advising clients on investing outside of their domestic markets, with a particular focus on residential investment’.
McMullen’s career took off while at a boutique real estate investment and development firm in Mayfair, where he oversaw sales and marketing for its prime central London portfolio.
He told Spear’s that by virtue of his professional background he is able to ‘draw upon and foster his extensive contacts with family offices and UHNWs across key global wealth hubs throughout the Savills network’.
