Savills director Neir Gigi joined the firm in 2024 as head of residential for the Hampstead office running its prime and super-prime business across the area.
It follows a successful two-year stint at Knight Frank where he led the sales department in St John's Wood and cemented his reputation as a leading adviser to UHNWs. He, alongside his team, were involved in 75 per cent of sales exceeding £20 million across North London.
