Neir Gigi joined Savills in 2024 as head of residential for the Hampstead office, running its prime and super-prime business across the area. 

Gigi, who Savills calls ‘one of the capital’s best-known residential agency specialists’, was previously at Knight Frank, where he led the sales department in St John’s Wood and cemented his reputation as a trusted property adviser to UHNWs. He reports that under his leadership, the team there was involved in 75 per cent of the sales exceeding £20 million across north London.
