In the London property market, renting has become en vogue, and no one knows this better than Isabella Birch Reynardson, the head of super-prime property lettings at Savills. ‘A lot of people who would have historically been buyers are renting; it’s fashionable,’ she tells Spear’s.

As part of Savills Private Office, her role includes discreetly consulting and advising clients about bringing their properties to the market, as well as executing the subsequent launches, marketing campaigns and transactions.

‘We facilitate these transactions and ensure they run smoothly and are clear, concise and compliant for all parties,’ Birch Reynardson notes. Speed is key for these types of properties, she says, but only in tandem with fierce efficiency and a thorough way of working. ‘Dealing with the right people is my mantra. I am spoiled in the clients and contacts I deal with.’
