Ian Pidgeon has acquired an unrivalled knowledge of super-prime properties in London. Over the past three decades, the Savills director has been involved in many of the prime developments that have been built in London’s golden postcodes, including Eaton Square, Cadogan Square, Rose Square and One Hyde Park.
Pidgeon first joined the company in 1995 and ran its Sloane Street office until 2004. He has also spent time at Knight Frank, where he was a partner specialising in prime central London properties.
He emphasises that privacy and confidentiality play an important part in his approach to client interactions: ‘I place a high value on privacy and really enjoy building strong relationships that are based on trust.’
