William Duckworth-Chad
Spear’s Review
William Duckworth-Chad is a director in Savills Private Office, concerned primarily with the sales of houses and flats in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and South Kensington between £5 million and £15 million.
Duckworth-Chad has operated within the prime country house and London prime property markets since 2000, and works with a range of international clients – French and Chinese buyers are particularly well represented in his contacts book – as well as those from different backgrounds. This includes young entrepreneurs seeking to find their first place in the city’s affluent areas and next-generation homebuyers from wealthy families as well as family offices.
‘The great thing about the Private Office is that we can cover anyone wherever they are in the world, whatever their property needs are,’ he tells Spear’s. ‘We can offer them that discreet, personal service, which our competitors really can’t do.’
