Former Knight Frank partner Andrew Cummings joined Savills in 2024 to lead and grow the firm’s residential property business in the Middle East.

Based in Dubai and overseeing seven offices across the region, Cummings tells Spear’s that there is no sign of business slowing down. ‘Dubai is the hottest real estate market in the world,’ he says, highlighting plans to represent the exclusive Mr C residences in downtown Dubai and expand the team’s services in Abu Dhabi and Oman.

Cummings’ early career was spent working for the British government on national security matters across the MENA region. After a stint as an adviser to the King of Bahrain, he shifted from diplomacy to real estate. Under his leadership, he reports that the Savills Middle East residential team has grown from two staff members to 100 in its first year and generated over £20 million in revenue.
