The defining moment of Stewarts partner and workplace dispute specialist Charlie Thompson’s career came early, when he managed to succeed in overturning a nearly two-year-old judgment in default. ‘It began a happy habit of succeeding in difficult pieces of work that other lawyers have shied away from,’ he says.
Thompson seeks to put emotional intelligence at the centre of his practice. ‘Workplace issues are intensely personal, and even the most amicable of exits can be difficult for a client,’ he explains.
