Marcus Parker joined Stewarts’ trust and probate litigation department as a partner in 2022. He is a highly experienced and trusted practitioner in the management of complex disputes between wealthy families and their associated wealth structures.
Recently, he led the resolution of a multi-billion-dollar, multi-jurisdictional dispute involving wealthy Middle Eastern families. He has been instrumental in disputes over probate, including one involving 12 beneficiaries and three separate marriages.
Based in the Cayman Islands for eight years, Parker is very well versed in the island’s laws and corporate structures and has managed many trust companies there. He now works in London.
