Popular among HNW business people (and their spouses), family law partner Lucy Stewart-Gould regularly acts for well-known figures in entertainment and sport.

She specialises in matrimonial finance law in relation to trusts and complex structures, with significant experience in Anglo-French cases and those involving valuable art collections. Having practised in Hong Kong, she maintains strong professional ties there.

Known for her pragmatic and strategic advice, Lucy focuses on the key issues to secure the best outcomes for clients. She acted for the husband in Standish v Standish, achieving a 45 per cent reduction in the wife’s award.
