Lisette Dupré, recruited as a partner to Stewarts’ family law department from Dawson Cornwell in 2022, is a highly competent and knowledgeable specialist on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional cases.

Based in Leeds, she regularly advises northern clients on prenuptial agreements and complex disputes involving international families, including securing financial settlements and agreements involving children following divorces conducted outside the UK.

Dupré, who has acted in cases before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, is a member of Resolution (where she sits on the international committee), the Family Law Bar Association, the Franco-British Lawyers Society, the International Association of Lawyers, the International Academy of Family Lawyers and the International Association of Young Lawyers.
