Heading up the North American desk as part of Savills Private Office, Rory McMullen acts as a single point of contact for international UHNWs and their global real estate needs. McMullen, who splits his time between London and New York, says that his main role is ‘advising clients on investing outside of their domestic markets, with a particular focus on residential investment’.

McMullen’s career took off while at a boutique real estate investment and development firm in Mayfair, where he oversaw sales and marketing for its prime central London portfolio.

He tells Spear’s that by virtue of his professional background, he is able to ‘draw upon and foster’ his extensive contacts with family offices and UHNWs ‘across key global wealth hubs throughout the Savills network’.
