Ian Chesham started his wealth management career in 2004 with Rensburg (subsequently Investec) before joining Barclays in 2007. He has since risen to the post of senior director, overseeing the charities and not-for-profits team, as well as managing discretionary investments and providing additional advisory services for private clients, including around ESG and impact investing.

He is a keen triathlete, and approaches his work with the same focus. His aim is to ‘delight ... by achieving goals and supporting clients over the course of a relationship that lasts many years’. During his time at Barclays, Chesham has honed investment strategies, created policies and provided lending facilities to his clients.
