Spear’s Review

James Arthey has been with Barclays for more than 15 years. He operates within the bank’s family office team, working closely with more than 50 UHNW families across 20 different countries to help them achieve their financial ambitions and create wealth management strategies. 

Arthey explains that he leads a small team that provides a high level of service to clients. He is responsible for bringing new families in to the firm’s family office offering, as well as working with existing families to keep their investment plans on track.

As part of its services, Barclays can establish or develop a family office, as well as review current family office structures and make improvements.
