He describes the private client landscape as defined by flux. ‘Uncertainty is definitely the one thing that’s permeated the private client landscape,’ he says. For many clients, that unpredictability drives early, careful planning, particularly around gifts and estates.

Dixon enjoys the analytical and problem-solving side of his work. ‘It’s just super hard for clients at the moment to plan or to know where they’re standing with the government changing its mind every week,’ he notes. His focus is then on helping clients navigate this complexity with confidence, and turning uncertainty into an actionable strategy.
