Hannah Robinson is a residential property partner at Payne Hicks Beach, working alongside Emma Copestake to facilitate the transactions of prime central London and country properties valued well into the tens of millions of pounds.

‘She’s an absolute superstar,’ enthuses Copestake.

Robinson is well known in her field for the relationships she has forged with clients, banks and solicitors – ‘I think that personal relationship helps the transaction to move forward,’ she tells Spear’s. It’s a quality she has found increasingly important in such a volatile market. ‘A lot of clients are leaving or have left; I’m guiding them through that transition.’

Robinson advises a range of HNW entrepreneurs, executives, families and hedge funds from around the globe, including the Middle East, America and Europe, taking an active, hands-on approach when working with clients. ‘When [clients] do speak to me, I know what’s going on. It’s not just somebody more junior doing the transaction.’
