Edward Jarron

Edward Jarron takes pride in the fact that he has ‘a good eye for detail and excellent technical understanding of the law balanced against a commercial and proactive approach’.
He has significant experience working with charities, senior executives, families and family offices, apart from complex farms and estates across the UK. With a significant practice in landed estates, he also aids his clients in buying and selling houses.
He joined Withers in 2010 and became partner in 2017. He has noticed that the landed gentry are increasingly focused on tree-planting, driven by the UK government’s policy which promises to buy carbon from land-owning planters. The Blenheim Estate, he says, is at the forefront of this movement, as it ‘aims to create the first carbon-negative estate’.
