Immigration lawyer Nicolette Bostock joined Withers as a partner in 2022. She frequently advises corporations and wealthy individuals who work across the creative, publishing, technology and financial sectors on UK applications.

This often includes compliance assistance for employers who are sponsoring work visas and putting in extension applications for entrepreneurial and exceptional talent visas.

Prior to her move to Withers, Bostock spent 15 years at specialist immigration law firm Laura Devine. She is trilingual, speaking English, Italian and French, and is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.
