With an international client base, she has significant experience in advising clients on the reorganisation of foreign holding structures owning UK residential properties so as to minimise UK tax exposure. She has also advised on the crossover between tax planning and immigration, including pre-immigration remittance planning for new arrivals.
Monte was educated in her native Italy and understands the interaction between common law and the continental law of European jurisdictions in connection with both trust structures and estate planning.
