Jennifer Dickson’s broad family law practice at Withers includes complex financial cases and children work, as well as supporting an array of internationally minded UHNWs on relocation issues and often arcane business and trust structures.

The trained mediator is detail-oriented but also maintains a focus on the ‘bigger picture’ when crafting long-term strategies that will suit her clients’ new lives post-divorce. ‘I have a real variety of cases,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘I’ve got some ultra-high-net-worth cases, some clients who are lawyers. I have clients from all walks of life.’

No stranger to supporting HNWs in the public eye, Dickson worked with Diana Parker on Sir Chris Hohn’s legal proceedings in the English courts in 2014. 

Dickson worked for a short time as a development researcher in the television world before training to become a lawyer. She worked at Dawsons before moving to Withers in 2011, and became a partner in 2022.
