Immigration lawyer Nicolette Bostock joined Withers as a partner in 2022. She frequently advises wealthy individuals and entrepreneurs who work across the creative, publishing, technology and financial sectors on UK applications.
This often includes compliance assistance for employers who are sponsoring work visas and putting in extension applications for entrepreneurial and ‘exceptional talent’ Tier 1 visas. Bostock is also primed to support clients with European Settlement Scheme applications, as well as issues around permanent residence for European Economic Area nationals and their family members.
Prior to her move to Withers, Bostock spent 15 years at specialist immigration law firm Laura Devine. She is trilingual, speaking English, Italian and French, the latter of which she studied at King’s College London.
A member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association, Bostock has also delivered corporate training on the migration implications of Brexit and at workshops hosted by the Law Society.
