An experienced private client solicitor, Wedlake Bell partner Victoria Mahon has particular expertise in Court of Protection  and elderly client work – including advising on applications to the court regarding deputyship appointments, mental capacity issues, powers of attorney and protection of assets for vulnerable beneficiaries.

Her practice also focuses on mitigating inheritance tax and capital gains tax for both UK and non-UK domiciled individuals, including via lifetime gifts, trusts and tax-efficient wills. She has advised on charitable structures and other areas of philanthropy law.
