Since joining Wedlake Bell in 1999 and becoming partner in 2009, Tom Allfree has developed a wide client base in commercial and residential property deals.

Allfree, who led the firm’s residential team for a decade, continues to act for a variety of UK and international clients on a wide range of property matters. Clients include wealthy individuals, developers, landlords and investors buying and selling London homes, as well as established estates buying and selling agricultural land.

He advises as much on legal issues around property as he does on transactions and says that clients ‘have properties in various jurisdictions and areas and need someone to manage their affairs – deal with succession – and I’m there as the touchpoint.’
