With a focus on tax, estate and succession planning, Braithwaite is experienced in advising on the establishment and use of trusts and other wealth-holding structures, as well as assisting family enterprises with business succession and governance issues.

He also engages in pre-arrival UK tax planning for non-domiciled persons coming to the UK and regularly provides clients with tax advice regarding the purchase of high-value UK property.
